Ordered Oct 1 and still waiting for my delivery! Cant find any where to contact this company! Never again! Save your money order from Etsy!

Good afternoon, Tammy!
You purchased your Pink Bookish Bundle on October 1 and selected USPS Ground Advantage as your shipping method.
Your order was carefully prepared and processed on October 4. Since some items in my bundles are handmade, preparation typically takes 3–5 business days.
Whenever possible, I upgrade shipping to a faster service at my own expense. In your case, although you selected USPS Ground Advantage and paid $5.25 for shipping, I upgraded your package to USPS Priority Mail, which cost $11.54. I personally covered the additional $6.29.
According to the official USPS tracking information, your package was delivered on October 14. The tracking history shows a significant delay after the package arrived at the Indianapolis distribution center, which was unfortunately beyond my control.
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, I cannot control its transportation, sorting, or delivery schedule. However, I always do my best to ensure that orders are carefully packaged and shipped promptly.
I would also like to clarify that my store always provides customers with a way to contact me. Contact information is available through my store, and customers are always welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns.
I’m very sorry that your delivery took longer than expected. You may also contact USPS directly with your tracking number to request further information about the delay.

There was an error in the delivery address so it took a bit to get it. Natalia, was amazing in tracking down the package and keeping me updated on the status. I did receive the package a few day late. I was so happy when I opened the box. Everything was so pretty. Natalia added some extra gifts, some even personalized. I will shop with her again.
